It's called the ''skinny tether'' because it is slimmer in design than traditional tethers.

install tip...unfold a paperclip and bend one end into a tiny U shape. Use an awl to poke the tether down into one side of the hole and the paperclip to ''hook it'' and gently pull it out the other side. Tie it off using a ''self-tightening'' knot and you're all set!
